Biography
 terling Elza focuses his practice on insurance coverage, insurance fraud and bad faith litigation, business and commercial litigation, construction litigation and railroad personal injury litigation. He is admitted to practice law in Texas and Arkansas, as well as the U.S. District Courts, Northern District of Texas; Southern District of Texas; Eastern District of Texas, and Western District of Texas. Mr. Elza earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center, Houston, Texas in 2000 and his B.A. in political science from Rice University, Houston, Texas in 1997. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Arkansas Bar Association, the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association.
