terling Elza focuses his practice on insurance coverage, fraud, bad faith litigation, business and commercial litigation, construction litigation and class action defense. He is admitted to practice law in Texas and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas. Mr. Elza earned his J.D. cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center, Texas in 2000 and his B.A. in political science from Rice University, Houston, Texas in 1997. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association.
