Biography

harles B. Mitchell focuses his practice on business, civil and commercial litigation, family law, first and third party insurance litigation, personal injury, wrongful death and professional malpractice. Since 2004, he has been listed as a Top Attorney in Tarrant County by Fort Worth, Texas magazine and named a Texas Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly magazine since 2006. Mr. Mitchell is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in the State of Texas and the U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his J.D. degree from St. Mary's University School of Law, San Antonio, TX, and his B.S. degree from Texas Christian University, Fort Worth, TX. He has made professional presentations across the country almost every year for a decade and is a member of Phi Alpha Delta.
