Biography
ohn W. Proctor focuses his practice on civil trial law, having been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization from 1990 to present. He represents national railroads and various other clients in personal injury and commercial cases. Since 2002, Mr. Proctor has been listed in Best Lawyers in America and since 2003 he's been listed in Texas Monthly Magazine's Super Lawyers. He's been listed as a Top Attorney in Tarrant County by Fort Worth, Texas magazine since 2002. He earned his J.D. degree with Honors from Baylor School of Law, Waco, TX, where he was managing editor of the law review and in The Order of the Barristers, and his B.A. degree with honors in English and History from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
