Biography
rooke Allen focuses her litigation practice in representing persons and entities involved in business disputes, construction litigation, insurance defense and subrogation, real estate and probate issues. She has experience in both state and federal court and extensive training in electronic discovery matters. Ms. Allen also represents small businesses in the creation of new entities, negotiations of contracts, leases and small employment matters. Ms. Allen is also active in the local and state bar community as Past President of the Fort Worth-Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association and current Director on the Board of the Texas Young Lawyers Association. Civically, she is involved with Santa Fe Youth Services, All Saints Episcopal School Alumni Board and many other organizations.
