Biography
ennifer L. Willingham earned her J.D. degree from Baylor Law School, Waco, TX, in August 2004, where she was an Officer of the Harvey Moot Court Society as well as a member of the First Amendment National Moot Court Team. She earned her B.A. degree with Honors in English as well as an Interdisciplinary Honors' degree from Howard Payne University in Brownwood, TX, in May 2001, where she was a Hatton W. Sumner's Scholar, Outstanding Honor's Graduate, and a member of the college volleyball team. Her Honor's thesis: On the Verge of a Brave New World-The Human Genome Project was also published in the Texas Journal of Public Policy. Mrs. Willingham is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Bar Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association. She is also very active in the community as a volunteer with the local YMCA and an active member in her church.
