Through the years, the firm has offered young lawyers a mentoring program that helps them grow quickly into seasoned litigators. Ten attorneys have been with Brown Dean since their respective graduations from law school. The professional environment is an extraordinary place in which the past is held in high regard, and professionals are given the opportunity to develop their own focus which, ultimately, contributes to our collective ability to have offered excellent service through the decades.
